Job Summary:
The Partnership Commercial Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow merchant partnerships within Waseela. This role involves identifying key merchant segments, building strong relationships, and creating tailored solutions to meet the needs of merchants. The Merchant Segment Supervisor will work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the merchant segment.

Identify key merchant segments and opportunities for growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Merchant Acquisition:
Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies to expand the merchant base.

Identify potential merchants and initiate outreach efforts.

Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into active merchant partnerships.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.

Act as the main point of contact for merchant partners, addressing their needs and concerns.

Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with merchants.

Product and Service Development:
Collaborate with product development teams to create tailored financial solutions for merchants.

Ensure that products and services meet the unique needs of each merchant segment.

Provide feedback from merchants to inform product improvements and innovations.

Sales and Marketing Support:
Work with sales teams to develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Assist in the development of sales tools and training materials for merchant-facing teams.

Performance Monitoring:
Monitor the performance of merchant partnerships and segment growth.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Merchant Experience:
Ensure a high level of service and satisfaction for merchant partners.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the merchant experience.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by merchant partners.

Qualifications
Education
:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Experience
:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchant management, business development, or a related role.

Proven track record of building and managing successful merchant partnerships.

Experience in merchant acquisition and retention.

Skills
:

Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of the consumer finance industry and merchant dynamics.
