Role Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Manager with a beauty background to lead the commercial strategy
and execution for our beauty eCommerce business. This role combines deep dermatology expertise
with strong commercial acumen, driving revenue, partnerships, and product credibility across digital
and retail channels. You will oversee business development, brand partnerships, category strategy,
and sales channels, while acting as the medical face of the brand for consumers, KOLs, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Growth
•Develop and implement the commercial roadmap for beauty and derma product categories.
•Lead P&L management, ensuring revenue, profitability, and margin targets are met.
•Oversee pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy for eCommerce and retail partners.
•Expand regional partnerships with marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Jumia) and retailers (pharmacies,
clinics, beauty outlets).
Product & Medical Credibility
•Act as brand ambassador and expert voice for skincare and derma products.
•Provide input into product development, claims, and testing based on dermatological expertise.
•Ensure all product claims, content, and marketing are medically accurate and compliant.
•Lead consumer education initiatives (blogs, webinars, campaigns) to build trust.
Sales & Partnerships
•Build strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clinics.
•Drive cross-selling and category expansion opportunities in beauty and derma segments.
•Negotiate commercial terms with vendors, influencers, and retail partners.
Marketing & Brand Development
•Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to design targeted campaigns.
•Use clinical background to strengthen influencer/in-clinic partnerships.
•Approve and participate in KOL/influencer collaborations, lending authority to the brand.
Analytics & Reporting
•Track commercial KPIs: sales growth, margin, category performance, customer acquisition cost
(CAC), lifetime value (LTV).
•Monitor market trends in beauty and derma eCommerce.
•Prepare quarterly commercial and medical credibility reports for management.
•Market Pricing/Analysis (WholeSales & Retail)
•Planning to open New Items & Categories on our Marketplace like (Supplements & Accessories &
Perfumes & Beauty Devices & Glasses).
•Building A partnerships & Agreements with (Global & Local Companies, Vendors).

Big Business Open day & Universities & Schools & Clubs & Vending Machines & Compounds & Hotels
& Resorts.
KPIs:
•Sales Revenue Growth (monthly/quarterly targets)
•Category Profitability / Margin Improvement
•New Partnerships Signed (pharmacies, clinics, eCommerce marketplaces)
•Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs LTV
•Repeat Purchase Rate / Subscription Adoption
•Influencer/Partnership ROI
Qualifications
•5+ years experience in commercial, category, or business management roles in beauty, skincare, or
pharma.
•Strong knowledge of derma-beauty trends, K-beauty, cosmeceuticals, and skincare science.
•Proven record in P&L management, sales partnerships, and eCommerce growth.
•Excellent communication skills; able to bridge medical expertise and commercial strategy.
•Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
•Preferred Medical degree (Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, or Beauty Doctor specialization).
Nice-to-Have
•Experience launching derma brands or products in MENA markets.
•Connections with clinics, dermatologists, beauty KOLs, and pharmacies.
•Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, CRM platforms, and eCommerce analytics.
•Background in regulatory affairs or medical compliance for skincare.
