Chief Commercial Officer
for one of our clients in the
Real Estate Developer
located in Cairo, Egypt.

Role Description

  • Provide strategic commercial leadership to drive the company's
    sales, marketing, and business development performance
    in alignment with its growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive
    commercial strategies
    to maximize market share, enhance profitability, and strengthen brand positioning in the real estate sector.
  • Oversee
    sales operations, marketing campaigns, customer experience, and partnerships
    to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA holder is a MUST.
  • From
    15
    to
    20
    years
    of
    progressive
    experience
    ,
    including at least
    5 years
    in a senior
    commercial
    leadership
    role
    (
    CCO
    /
    Commercial Director
    ).
  • Experience
    in
    Real Estate Development
    is a
    must.
  • Proven record in driving
    sales growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition strategies
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    marketing management, revenue forecasting, and strategic partnerships
    .
