Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and meeting company targets. The role includes identifying customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with internal teams, implementing strategic account plans, and tracking performance metrics to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills and experience in Sales and Key Accounts management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management to effectively support and grow client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with teams and clients effectively
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Experience in the distribution or FMCG sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
