Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Key Account Sales Manager specializing in FMCG - Cosmetics. Daily responsibilities include managing relationships with key accounts, executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing and sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns. The role involves monitoring sales performance, negotiating agreements, and identifying opportunities for growth within designated key accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Key Accounts, and Account Management, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Experience in managing strategic accounts and negotiating agreements effectively.
- Proficiency in understanding market trends, customer insights, and sales analytics.
- Team leadership, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in the FMCG or cosmetics industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required;
