Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Key Account Sales Specialist, based on-site in Cairo. The role involves managing key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, analyzing customer needs, and identifying strategic sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with internal teams to provide top-tier service. The Key Account Sales Specialist will also contribute to the growth of the company by actively exploring new business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Account Management and Sales with a strong record of achieving targets
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and devise effective sales strategies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented, and results-driven environment
- Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry, particularly domestic, incoming, and outgoing tourism, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in relevant sales tools or CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
