Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a
Talent Acquisition & Operations Coordinator
based in Cairo, Egypt, with occasional work-from-home flexibility.

The selected candidate will work directly with the Director of Operations and play a key role in:

  • Recruitment and talent sourcing
  • Team coordination
  • Daily operational management
  • Ensuring efficient workflow across multiple departments

Key Responsibilities

  • Searching for and sourcing qualified candidates for technical and creative positions
  • Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Following up with employees on assigned tasks, deadlines, and project progress
  • Tracking ongoing projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Assisting in onboarding new hires and maintaining updated team records
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and documentation for management
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and administrative functions
  • Keeping communication structured and ensuring tasks move on schedule
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or coordination roles
  • Strong administrative and operations management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow up with employees effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational ability
  • Proficiency in office and task-management tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Asana, etc.)
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in an Executive or Operations role is an advantage
