Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Supervisor, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring product quality, and managing quality control activities. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, conducting audits, and developing quality improvement plans. The Quality Supervisor will work closely with different teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Capability in ensuring Product Quality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
