Role Description

The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and coordinating the installation and dismantling of scaffolding structures. The role involves supervising a team, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, particularly concerning working at height and fall protection.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills for overseeing and managing teams
• Experience with Scaffolding and Dismantling procedures
• Knowledge of Working at Height and Fall Protection protocols
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Technical certification or relevant qualifications in construction or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry
