Role Description

This is a full-time Quality Control Supervisor position located on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies. Key responsibilities include supervising laboratory testing, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing effective quality assurance protocols, and ensuring operations meet both internal and external regulations. The supervisor will additionally manage and train a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and train teams effectively
  • Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with familiarity in food safety standards and compliance
  • Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data for quality improvement strategies
  • Experience with Laboratory Skills, including sample testing, equipment handling, and documentation
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of ISO certifications and NFSA standards is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage or specialty coffee industry is an asset
