Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes across various projects and operations. Key responsibilities include implementing quality standards, monitoring performance, conducting thorough evaluations, and providing regular reports to ensure processes and services meet company and client expectations. The supervisor will also collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards. Leadership and mentoring of team members will play a central part in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes and practices
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving operational performance
  • Experience with Laboratory Skills relevant to quality control and testing processes
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a similar role or field is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
