Role Overview

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the operations cycle, ensuring process compliance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, capable of identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective action plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage specific KPIs end-to-end, ensuring performance meets targets
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance trends, highlight risks, and drive improvement actions
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and define corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality gaps and ensure smooth workflows
  • Support training initiatives to improve compliance and awareness among operational teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably in logistics, shipping, or operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for hub visits and audits
