Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in New Cairo for the role of Organizational Development (OD) & Payroll Supervisor. The OD & Payroll Supervisor will oversee payroll administration, ensure compliance with payroll taxes and garnishments, and manage employee benefits. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing organizational development strategies, providing support to HR initiatives, and maintaining accurate records to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Payroll Administration, including payroll processing and compliance
  • Solid understanding of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes laws and regulations
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and policies
  • Proficiency in Accounting standards and practices
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferable experience in Food and beverage industry
  • Preferable experience as a CEO Assistant
  • Excellent in English
