Senior
HR Supervisor
for one of our clients in the Real Estate Company located in New Cairo.

Role Description

  • Supervise daily HR operations (recruitment, personnel, payroll).
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Tax regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Supervise the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • From 5 to 7
    years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • HR Diploma is a MUST
    .
  • Exp in real estate companies is preferred.
  • Proven experience in
    payroll
    ,
    personnel
    , and
    recruitment
    .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good up to excellent in MS Office.
