Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Human Resources role based in Cairo. The Human Resources professional will manage day-to-day HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training programs, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Collaboration with various departments to align HR practices with organizational goals is also an integral part of the role.

  • Employee Relations and Workplace Policy Implementation expertise
  • Knowledge of Training and Development programs
  • Record Management and Organizational Compliance skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Experience in the health care sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
