Job Duties & Responsibilities:


•Managing the entire payroll cycle, from receiving employee time sheets and attendance data to calculating deductions, and net pay.


•Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this


•Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures


•Maintaining accurate payroll records, including employee information, salary details, and deductions.


•Generating payroll reports for payroll supervisor, finance and other relevant departments.


•Update employee data in the payroll system as needed


•Calculate and process vacation payouts, ensuring compliance with company policy.


•Calculate and process final settlements for departing employees


•Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed for final settlements.


•Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth processing of employee departures.


•Review and Revise payroll data before final processing.


•Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update payroll procedures accordingly.


•Resolve complex payroll-related issues.


•Lead, train, and mentor junior payroll staff.


•Assign tasks to junior payroll staff.

Job Requirements


•Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Accounting, Finance, Human Resources,


•Business Administration, or a related


•2+ years of experience in HR Payroll Department.

•Organizational and Time-Management Skills.


•MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, outlook Microsoft operating system.


•Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.


•Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality
