Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Payroll Specialist. The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, handling garnishments, managing payroll taxes, and maintaining payroll records. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal departments to address payroll inquiries and improve payroll systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Proficiency in managing Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
- Experience in delivering Payroll Services with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with payroll software systems is a plus
