We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Quality Assurance Supervisor
to oversee our QA processes and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in quality management systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operations. This role requires balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day supervision of QA activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and processes
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and HR teams to resolve quality issues
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records of QA activities
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on quality standards and best practices
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years of experience in quality assurance
    , with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Background in logistics or supply chain management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QA-related software tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) is a plus
