Description

We're hiring a 
Business Development Specialist
 to support the growth of 
Skilkit
, a UAE-based HR-Tech platform that helps organizations strengthen their learning, mentoring, and development culture.

This role is 
full-time
, based in 
Egypt
, and focuses on engaging corporate clients across the 
UAE
—especially HR and Learning & Development leaders.

You will reach out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, conduct product demos, and play a key role in driving Skilkit's expansion in the region.

Responsibilities


• Identify and connect with HR, Learning, and Development decision-makers across the UAE.


• Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.


• Use lead generation tools such as 
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and cold calling.


• Schedule and deliver engaging 
online demos
 showcasing Skilkit's capabilities.


• Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.


• Maintain accurate data, CRM records, and report regularly on pipeline progress.

Qualifications


• 
Full-time availability
 and preferred to be 
based in Egypt
.


• 
Fluent English
 with excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Preferably a graduate of 
AUC, GUC, BUE or reputable international universities
.


• Previous 
sales or business development experience
 (preferably B2B).


• Experience using lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and cold calling).


• Strong passion for prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.


•
Comfortable selling remotely to the UAE market and engaging with HR, Training, and L&D teams.
