Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with schools, nurseries, marketing agencies, and companies to sell our unique products and experiences. You will also engage with customers at our events to drive sales and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Prospect: Research and target potential clients in the education sector, marketing industry, and corporate world, including schools, nurseries, marketing agencies, and companies.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and experiences to effectively present and sell them to potential clients.

  • Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of each client.

  • Event Sales: Engage with customers during our events to promote and sell our products and experiences, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and performance to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on schools, nurseries, marketing agencies.

  • Fluent in English speaking with good appearance is A MUST

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
