Yama Engineering Systems is looking for a talented
IT Help Desk Engineer
to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all company hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage and maintain servers, user accounts, and company emails.
  • Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle software installation, updates, and license renewals.
  • Oversee and maintain the company's website and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Ensure all IT assets are properly configured and secure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience in server management and website maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
