Process Excellence Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
- Develop and implement process frameworks, SOPs, and best practices across departments.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and process mapping activities to support continuous improvement.
- Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring issues.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending technology‑enabled solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure governance and adherence to process excellence standards across all business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
in process improvement, operations, or quality management. - Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
(certifications are a plus). - Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, process modeling tools, and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
