Position Title:

Site Training Supervisor – Egypt / Jordan

Position Summary:

As a key hub in the Middle East regional training system, the Site Training Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the training operations and strategy implementation in the country (Site). This position serves both as an executor of training programs and a communicator and coordinator, requiring systematic training design and project management capabilities to ensure that all types of training programs are aligned with the strategic direction of the headquarters (ME Training) and are implemented efficiently.

As a key role in the Middle East Training structure, the
Site Training Supervisor
is responsible for coordinating all training operations and executing the local training strategy within the country (Site). The role requires strong capability in
training design and delivery (ADDIE Model)
, as well as excellent
coordination and communication skills
to ensure full alignment with the regional (ME Training) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Localization Design & Delivery
  2. Independently completed the design and implementation of the entire process of the training project, and is familiar with
    the ADDIE model
    ;
  3. Can develop local training programs and course plans based on business pain points;
  4. Responsible for teaching, coaching, and effectiveness evaluation of key training programs.
  5. XFN Communication and Resource Coordination (Coordination & Resource Management)
  6. Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation of all training activities within the country (Site);
  7. XFN communication to ensure the collaboration among Trainer, Line of Business, HR, and the operations team;
  8. Coordinate the execution and feedback between the headquarters training department (ME Training) and the local team.
  9. Strategy Execution & Performance Enhancement
  10. Implement the Middle East training strategy to ensure the effective execution of headquarters policies at the Site end;
  11. Support business performance improvement (sales efficiency, service quality, cultural implementation, etc.) through training;
  12. Track training KPIs and propose optimization suggestions.
  13. Culture & Team Development
  14. Promote and implement the company's culture and values locally;
  15. Support the growth and Performance Management of the Trainers team;
  16. Promote cultural integration between the Middle East team and headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site-based Training Design & Delivery


• Independently design and deliver localized training programs using the
ADDIE model
(Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate).


• Develop localized training plans based on business needs.


• Deliver key training sessions, coaching, and evaluations.

  1. Coordination & Resource Management


• Coordinate all training activities, scheduling, and resource allocation.


• Facilitate communication among Trainers, HR, Sales, and Operations.


• Act as the local bridge between Site teams and ME Training HQ.

  1. Strategy Execution & Performance Enhancement


• Execute regional training strategies aligned with company goals.


• Drive business performance improvement through targeted training.


• Track key KPIs and propose improvement actions.

  1. Culture & Team Development


• Promote company culture and values within the local team.


• Support development and performance of Trainers.


• Bridge cultural understanding between local and HQ teams
