Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Supervisor to lead and guide our growing team of Account Managers. You will be responsible for overseeing key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, managing escalations, driving account performance, and mentoring your team to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities


• Team Leadership & Oversight.


• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of Account Managers.


• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.


• Client Relationship Management.


• Act as the escalation point for key clients.


• Ensure exceptional client experience, timely issue resolution, and service quality.


• Process Improvement and Operational Excellence , Reporting & Insights.


• Collaborate with other departments (Approvals, Claims, Pricing, Network) to ensure end-to-end service delivery.


• Standardize client onboarding and ongoing support processes.


• Track account metrics such as utilization, engagement, and satisfaction.


• Prepare and present monthly reports to leadership.


• Identify gaps in account management workflows and implement scalable solutions.


• Assist in developing and updating SOPs and playbooks.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


• 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or healthtech.


• At least 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.


• Strong client communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Zoho).


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
