Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Supervisor, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Accounting Supervisor will supervise daily accounting operations, including managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing detailed financial reports. The role involves overseeing junior accounting staff, streamlining accounting processes, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. The position requires leading month-end and year-end closing activities, as well as providing strategic support for financial planning and control. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining accuracy and promoting best practices in accounting operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP tools
  • Supervisory experience, including mentoring and managing junior accounting team members
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of regulations, policies, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable
