Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Billing Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Medical Billing Manager will oversee and optimize the medical billing operations, including managing the revenue cycle, invoicing, and billing processes. Responsibilities include analyzing billing systems, ensuring accuracy in billing records, monitoring accounts, and liaising with insurance providers and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies. This role also involves developing strategies to improve billing systems and overall financial performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and use of Billing Systems
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and related practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve billing discrepancies effectively
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in healthcare or medical billing software
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related field
- Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare operations is a plus
