-Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.

-Experience: 5+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

-Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo) and advanced Excel.

-Leadership: Strong team management skills.

-Analytical: Excellent problem-solving abilities.

-Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

-Lead and support the accounting team to ensure high performance.

-Mentor junior accountants and conduct performance reviews.

  • Financial Reporting:

-Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

-Analyze financial data to identify issues and recommend solutions.

  • Budgeting and Collaboration:

-Help develop budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance.

-Work with other departments and manage external audits.

  • Process Improvement:

-Identify ways to improve accounting processes for better efficiency.

-Maintain proper documentation for payroll, taxes, and compliance.

  • Transaction Management:

-Oversee complex journal entries and reconcile key accounts regularly.
