Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide customer service, technical support, and global services to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries through chat, providing accurate and complete information using the tools and resources provided.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify the cause of customer issues, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Establish a positive rapport with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics: Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Documentation: Accurately log and document customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in the company's system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to escalate issues when necessary and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, especially in chat support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Customer-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
