Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative with RayaCX, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or assistance related to our banking products and services. You will handle inbound calls professionally and courteously, provide excellent customer service, and resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Inbound Calls:

You will answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner. This may include addressing customer complaints, providing product information, and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner.

Provide Customer Support:

You will address customer inquiries and concerns related to banking products and services. This may include answering questions about account balances, loan options, credit cards, and online banking.

Resolve Customer Issues:

You will identify and resolve customer problems promptly and effectively using appropriate problem-solving techniques. This may involve escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management if necessary.

Promote Bank Products:

You will cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences. This may involve recommending new accounts, loans, or credit cards that meet the customer's financial goals.

Maintain Accurate Records:

You will document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately and efficiently. This may involve updating customer profiles, tracking sales performance, and analyzing customer feedback.

Stay Updated:

You will stay up-to-date with bank policies, procedures, and product offerings. This may involve attending training sessions, reading industry publications, and participating in discussions with colleagues and management.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. A college degree or certification in a related field such as customer service or business administration is preferred but not required.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Customer Service Orientation:

You must have a strong customer service orientation and be able to put the needs of the customer first. This includes being responsive to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional service.

Ability to Work Under Pressure:

You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Computer Proficiency:

You must be proficient in using computers and relevant software applications. This includes being familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other tools used by the company.

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. However, if you have experience in a related field such as sales or marketing, you may still be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Banking Industry Experience:

Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred but not required. However, if you have experience working in a similar environment, you may be considered for this role.

Knowledge of Banking Products:

You should have knowledge of banking products and services including accounts, loans, credit cards, and online banking.
