5. Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

6. Ensuring effective decision-making by aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a digestible format.

7. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and analytical techniques, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

• 2+ years of experience in a tax, finance, or related analytical field.

• Proven experience in creating complex SQL queries and ETL DW concepts.

• 1+ years of experience in writing complex Excel VBA macros.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
