SEO Analyst

EDDY Pump, a rapidly expanding global engineering and manufacturing company, is seeking a **native Arabic-speaking SEO Analyst with fluency in English**.

Role:

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
- Coming up with conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the digital marketing department and increasing ROI
- Implementing tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager
- Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
- Working daily with analytical software including but not limited to Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and more

**Qualifications**:

- 4 years of experience as Search Engine Marketing Specialist or similar role
- 4 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
- Proven success in SEO
- 4 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
- Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Native Arabic speaker with proficiency in reading and writing
- Fluent in English
