Hotel Sales Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Paradise Inn Group, a luxury hotel chain in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled sales professional to lead our sales team and develop strategic plans to increase revenue and occupancy rates for the hotel.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Revenue Maximization: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize hotel revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic a plus.
