Job Summary:The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing hotel bookings through proactive sales strategies. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network in the tourism and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in the travel, corporate, and event sectors.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote hotel services including room bookings, event venues, and catering.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with other hotel departments.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Marketing & Events:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Assist in organizing in-house promotional events and FAM (familiarization) trips.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in [language requirements] and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Frequent travel for client meetings and industry events may be required.
