The Business Development Manager role at Paradise Inn Group offers a unique opportunity to excel in hotel sales and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business results.
About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing hotel bookings through proactive sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the travel, corporate, and event sectors.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote hotel services including room bookings, event venues, and catering.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
- Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with other hotel departments.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Marketing & Events:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Assist in organizing in-house promotional events and FAM (familiarization) trips.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking systems and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Frequent travel for client meetings and industry events may be required.
- Competitive salary based on experience: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
