**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**:
Embark on an impactful journey with Reckitt as our next Export Manager, where your expertise will catalyse our international sales operations. This position is pivotal for those who are passionate about fostering global market growth and building robust relationships with international clients. You'll be orchestrating strategies to elevate our global presence, adhering to export regulations with finesse, and working collaboratively across departments to streamline export activities. - Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure efficient and effective export processes.

- Demonstrated track record in international sales or export management roles.
- Deep understanding of export regulations and the preparation of related documentation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, comfortable with multicultural interactions.
- Strategic market analysis skills, with a talent for spotting and seizing new business openings.
