Job Title:
English Technical Support Engineer
**Job Description**:
As a Technical Support Advisor, you'll be our valued customers' first point of contact, ensuring their success with our products/services. You'll wear many hats - troubleshooting technical issues, providing clear guidance, and going the extra mile to delight users. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving positive brand experiences.
** Requirements**:
- Fluent in English is a must
- Technology-related Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of relevant technical work experience (For L1)
- Technology-related Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant technical work experience OR 7+ years of relevant technical work experience (For L2)
- Flexible working from our site in Smart Village if needed
- Ready to start in May
- Soft skills are a must
**Technical Requirements**:
- Systems Administration and Enterprise Architecture
- Compute, Database, and Storage
- Networking and Security
- Virtualization and Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service
- Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Continuity of Operations
- Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC), scripting, automation, and workflows
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Exposure to Cloud computing, and security concepts / best practices
- Familiarity with IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH, Network Monitoring Troubleshooting tools
- Scripting or programming/scripting experience in languages (Java, Python, Bash, and/or JavaScript)

**Career Framework Role**
Each program requires a basic skill set and product-specific knowledge to perform routine tasks within simple processes. You will work with close supervision and clearly defined procedures. You are starting to demonstrate familiarity with client terminology, operating standards, and procedures. Starter without sustained metric performance levels.
