**Mechanical Engineer - Technical Support (Alexandria or Cairo)**

We are a ducting-system-manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Mechanical Engineer** to join our growing team in **Alexandria or Cairo, Egypt**. In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, design customized products, submit various technical documents for approval, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer inquiries and prepare technical descriptions and designs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including calculation sheets, compliance statements, fabrication and assembly drawings, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production) to resolve complex issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a technical support or related role.
- **Very good command of English** (written and spoken).
- Proficient in **SolidWorks** and **AutoCAD 2D**.
- Strong understanding of **Excel formulas** and data analysis.
- **Good background in HVAC systems** is a plus.
- **Familiarity with VBA or other programming languages** is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to deadlines.
