**Capture Planning**:

- Assist in bid tracking, including filtering opportunities for bid consideration.
- Conduct capture research, including background information on target organizations, potential markets, and current implementation efforts.
- Source and identify local and regional opportunities.

**Proposal Development**:

- With the support of the Business Development team, manage the proposal/RFP processes, including:

- Support kickoff and solution design meetings.
- Manage proposal calendar.
- Review and compile inputs from relevant team members.
- Support the review of technical and cost proposals.
- Ensure responsiveness to and compliance with solicitation documents.

**Strategy and Research**:

- Build, update and refine templates and charts including research on potential clients, existing client portfolio data, marketing materials and market detail.
- Research and aggregate data on markets, identify new business ventures and assess market opportunity (market sizing, trends) and participate in appropriate events (e.g. webinars, demo days, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, including political science, business, public affairs, or communications. Current enrollment in a graduate program is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing/editing skills in both languages English and Arabic.
- Excellent research skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
