Senior Human Resources Generalist

**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage various HR functions, support our remote team, and contribute to our company’s mission. You will be an essential part of our HR department, ensuring that our employees are well-supported and that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Administration**: Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including processing payroll, handling wage adjustments, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Attendance Management**: Oversee attendance tracking, manage leave requests, and ensure accurate recording of employee hours. Implement and enforce attendance policies to maintain operational efficiency.
- **Compliance and Policy Management**: Develop and uphold HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure employees are informed about their options and entitlements.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and HR metrics analysis.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Experience with HRIS systems and remote collaboration tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- **Remote Work Skills**: Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
- **Ready to start (IMMEDIATELY).**:
- **Fluent In English (IS MUST).**
