Senior Human Resources Generalist

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **HR Strategy Development**: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- **Employee Relations**: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Lead the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring the best talent is sourced, interviewed, and onboarded smoothly.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance management processes, including regular reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company’s financial goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- **Training & Development**: Identify training needs and create or coordinate learning and development initiatives that support the growth of employees.
- **HR Systems Management**: Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Culture & Engagement**: Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **HR Metrics & Reporting**: Develop and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report to senior management.

Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related tools.

Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR is a plus.

Pay: E£40,000.00 - E£50,000.00 per month
