**Required Skills**:

Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as single point of contact for NCR customers with Incident Management Services.- Monitoring team performance, “dispatching and following up” during the shift, 24*7.- Shift covering in case of shortage or outage.- Escalating customer problems both internally and externally, when required, according to defined escalation paths.- First level of escalation handling.- Communicating effectively with team members, ensuring the delivery of business information.- Ensuring that all team members comply with shift allocations and scheduled activities, enabling the achievement of MSO targets.- Supporting team members in the improvement of their skills and abilities.- Conducting side-by-side coaching in order to ensure that key business targets are being achieved by all group members.- Responsible for overall IM system implementation and management.
