We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their goals by providing operational assistance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process and in enhancing the efficiency of the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all details are correctly entered into the system.
Coordinate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Track and manage the status of orders, providing updates to clients and the sales team.
- Coordinate and communicate between different departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads and opportunities, ensuring they are properly managed and tracked.
- Organize and coordinate sales events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials and presentations.
- Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for the sales team and management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all sales documents are properly filed and accessible to the sales team.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving issues as needed.
- Assist customers with order-related queries and follow up on any outstanding issues or concerns.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and handling communication with clients.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring that all client and sales information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong English proficiency / native speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with data systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, and DocuSign. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
