Sales Coordinator

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Coordinate with sales teams for required reports
- ITC and required due diligence for customers
- Following up with internal stakeholders regarding BGs ( Bid Bond and performance)
- Tenders’ documentation and bidding activities with external customers and internal stakeholders
- CRM follow up with sales team and extracted required analyses reports
- Finalizing LBPs agreements documents
- Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
- Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- POR weekly and monthly follow up reports
- Facilitate contract review and approval process for quotes and orders in collaboration with the sales and legal team.Liaise with Finance to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company DSO levels

- Highly proficient in the English language
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Prior experience on working on any ERP systems and software
