**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement CRM marketing strategies for customer retention and loyalty, leveraging customer data and insights to create targeted campaigns.
- Execute A/B testing and optimization strategies for push notifications to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Suggest innovative ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers, exploring new channels and tactics to drive engagement and conversion.
- Communicate with the operations team regarding coupons and offers to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Cooperate with the business team (BIHUB) to integrate CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Track and report on the success of CRM marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools, such as Moengage or Webenage.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting on the success of CRM marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- knowledge of marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
