Front Office Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist colleagues, Top Management whenever necessary.
- Ensure employees desk, office tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary and employee medical insurance.
- Assisting and supporting the team when needed.
- Office Cleaning Schedule (commands for office boy to clean the offices, departments, serving clients, etc.)
- Manage and handle all mails on Info (MFJ).
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
- Manage the minutes of meeting and send it by mail to the concern.
- Manage Account lines and Internet bundle, handle any required Invoices and report to accounting department.
- Manage any invoices related to company based on GM instructions.
- Immediate assistant to Top Management.
- Manage the company's shipments with the carrier company with following up.
- Assist the new hired employees.
- Assisting and supporting the IT team when needed.
- Perform other duties as per direct manager assigns.
Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£8,000.00 per month
