**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
