We're looking for a **Sales Director** who has a proven track record of leading high-performing SDR teams, meeting KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs, ensuring individual and team KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- **Performance Optimization**: Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to improve outcomes, including training, coaching, or process adjustments.
- **Strategic Oversight**: Develop and execute strategies for pipeline growth, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use data to analyze performance metrics, understand bottlenecks, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and results.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, optimize lead flow, and refine targeting strategies.
- **Recruitment & Development**: Hire top-tier SDR talent, design onboarding programs, and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Process Improvement**: Evaluate and refine SDR workflows, scripts, and tools to ensure peak performance and a seamless experience for prospects.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Present updates, forecasts, and results to executive leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years managing SDR teams in a B2B environment.
- **Track Record**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and lead-generation targets consistently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing performance data and identifying root causes of challenges within a team.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Expertise in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and reporting.
- **Communication**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
