**Key Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.
- Supervise and mentor the Secured-Facilities Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead updates to and development of overall Talent Acquisition processes, and procedures, and manage the usage of the applicant tracking system by the Secured-Facilities Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop written recruiting protocols and procedures, lead staff training on recruitment procedures, streamline the Secure Facilities recruitment processes, and brainstorm on improvement of staffing and recruitment proposal writing.
- Develop creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals and a diverse talent pool. (i.e., social media, employee referrals, direct contact recruiting, internet data mining, job boards, and internal/external networks)
- Manage the Applicant Tracking Systems and different databases and platforms used.
- Develop & update hiring planning.
- Collaborating with LXT Corporate HR team and other stakeholders to align the HR policies and practices with the business objectives and values.
- Monitoring the compliance with the local labor laws and regulations in the assigned regions
- Leading or participating in various HR projects and initiatives as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree and 10-12 years of experience including progressive work experience in the areas of talent acquisition, global recruitment & mass hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volumes of work, and perform independently.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills.
- Self-motivated, confident and engaging approachable manner with a ‘can do’ flexible attitude to work requirements.
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities in a global business culture.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with accurate results
