Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you are responsible for the team of Talent acquisition specialists and screeners for the whole of the Netherlands. The personal and professional development of the Talent acquisition specialists and screeners is your responsibility. Through monitoring of the work, weekly coaching, performance and assessment interviews, you strive for the best quality at individual and team level.
You are the contact person for external and internal marketing partners regarding lead quality and recruitment progress. As a contact person for the temporary employment partners and the municipality, UWV, WSP, you are responsible for coordinating market shares. To optimize these collaborations, you are responsible for planning and participating in MBRs & QBRs.
You make the planning for your Talent acquisition (specialist) team based on the recruitment needs from OPS and the available Talent acquisition capacity. You are also responsible for this forecast including the budget issued for your location(s).
Through daily management of capacity and external recruitment, you are quickly on the ball to stay within the allocated budget. You participate in CMTs and inform stakeholders about the progress of Talent acquisition activities. In addition to processes, BEST R&S also contains a number of KPIs that you are responsible for achieving. This includes your own recruitment percentage, marketing budget, fill rate, attrition and no show percentage. Acquisition You are also a representative of the Talent acquisition department during the implementation of new projects. Together with your colleagues from labor market communications, you ensure the right internal and external recruitment strategy, such as member get member and content for our website and social media.
Setting up Talent acquisition systems for an optimal Talent acquisition process is also one of your tasks. You strive for the best results and are responsible for implementing processes to achieve this goal as efficiently as possible. BEST R&S compliance is the common thread in the activities of Talent acquisition. It is your responsibility to successfully follow this method with your team.
In addition to processes, BEST R&S also contains a number of KPIs that you are responsible for achieving. This includes your own recruitment percentage, marketing budget, fill rate, attrition and no show percentage.
**Responsibilities**
- The entire Talent acquisition process for NL.
- Regular consultation with internal and external customer stakeholders and staff departments to determine requirements, forecasts and status updates, manage the relationship and expectations and investigate satisfaction and possible improvements.
- Help position Teleperformance on the (local) labor market.
- Managing, coaching, training and developing your Talent acquisition team, in line with performance management requirements and set KPIs.
- Management of NL related recruitment budget.
**Qualifications**
- **Education and specific training**_
- HBO working and thinking level;
- An economic, commercial or HR-related education is an advantage
- **Work experience/expertise**_
- At least 3 years of work experience at a recruitment agency or at least 1-3 years of experience in coordinating a team or business line.
- **Technical Skills**_
- Computer skills: Excellent use of MS Office
- Program knowledge: Department related systems
- Language: Dutch C1 level, English B2 level
