**JOB PURPOSE**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Talent Acquisition Management & Strategy**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and sustainable talent acquisition strategy in line with the
organisation’s hiring needs and strategy
- Manage the team to meet the manpower requirement targets of the business
- Responsible for maintaining the recruitment budget by working closely with the department heads to understand their requirements
- Build strong relationship with Department Heads, and external recruitment agency to ensure a proactive approach towards talent pipeline
- Lead the training, Implementation and proper use of the Applicant Tracking system
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Analyse the current recruitment process to highlight any improvement points. Ensure the corrections are actioned
- Analyse market trends, competitor insights to refine the talent strategy
- Design, plan and execute selection processes for Senior positions (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Responsible for carrying out negotiations with applicants in line with our internal compensation guidelines
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key, niche and critical roles
- Design, plan and execute employer branding and employee referral programs to attract the key and right talent
- Conduct the culture fit competency interviews for senior and niche roles
- Provide guidance and training to interviewers to ensure a consistent and fair interview process
- Work closely with HR on the onboarding processes for new hires
**Team Management**
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and oversee a governance framework for the talent acquisition process.
- Design and implement KPIs to monitor performance metrics, standardise feedback and clarify a growth and improvement plan for the individuals on the team
**Reporting**
- Provide regular reports on recruitment statistics to the Head of HR on a weekly basis
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source of hire, current open positions
per individual on the team, etc to enhance the recruitment process
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors’ degree in the HR field or a respective HR certification
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast paced, high growth organization, 2+ years of managing a team
- Great knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and employer branding techniques
- Experience in ATS, Recruitment marketing tools
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills
- Familiarity of local employment laws
- Proven analytical capabilities to report on and interpret data related to searches with a view to improving sourcing techniques
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and passionate: You are independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems and delivering high quality results in challenging situations
